คณะผู้บริหารของบริษัท THAI UNION BONE CO., LTD. รู้สึกเป็นเกียรติอย่างยิ่งที่ได้มีโอกาสร่วมรับประทานอาหารค่ำ และแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเชิงวิชาการกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญระดับแนวหน้าจากประเทศญี่ปุ่น ได้แก่ • ศาสตราจารย์กิตติคุณ Dr. Tadashi Yokoyama นักวิจัยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจาก Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (TUAT) • ศาสตราจารย์ Naoko Okamaotsu-Ohtsu รองประธานผู้อำนวยการสถาบัน Flourish Institute และหัวหน้าห้องปฏิบัติการโภชนาการพืช แห่งสถาบันการเกษตร ณ กรุงโตเกียว ภายใต้สังกัด TUAT • และ Mr. ANDO Shotaro ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากโครงการ SATREPS (Project Researcher, JICA Expert) ภายใต้โครงการ Utilization Technology of Rubber Seeds for Green Products to Mitigate Global Warming and Plastic Pollution ในการสนทนาอันลึกซึ้งครั้งนี้ เราได้หารือถึงแนวทางการประยุกต์ใช้จุลินทรีย์และปุ๋ยชีวภาพ เพื่อการฟื้นฟูสุขภาพของดิน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการดูดซึมธาตุอาหารของพืช ตลอดจนยกระดับการผลิตทางการเกษตรให้ก้าวสู่ความยั่งยืนอย่างแท้จริง ประเด็นสำคัญที่ได้รับความสนใจเป็นพิเศษ คือบทบาทของจุลินทรีย์กลุ่มเฉพาะ เช่น แบคทีเรียสายพันธุ์ Bacillus subtilis ซึ่งมีศักยภาพในการตรึงธาตุอาหารให้อยู่ในรูปที่พืชสามารถดูดซึมไปใช้ได้โดยตรง ทั้งยังมีความสามารถในการย่อยสลายอินทรียวัตถุ ฟื้นฟูโครงสร้างของดิน รักษาสมดุลของจุลินทรีย์ในระบบนิเวศ และส่งเสริมการเจริญเติบโตของพืชแม้ในสภาวะแวดล้อมที่ท้าทาย นอกจากนี้ เรายังได้อภิปรายถึงความสำคัญของอินทรียวัตถุคุณภาพสูง ที่มีบทบาทในการเสริมสร้างโครงสร้างของดินให้มั่นคงและยั่งยืน ซึ่งถือเป็นรากฐานสำคัญของระบบเกษตรกรรมที่สมดุลกับธรรมชาติในระยะยาว ในบรรยากาศมื้อค่ำอันอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง ศาสตราจารย์ Yokoyama ยังได้นำ แยมบลูเบอร์รี่โฮมเมดจากแปลงปลูกส่วนตัว ของท่านมามอบให้คณะผู้บริหารได้ลิ้มลอง ซึ่งนอกจากจะมีกลิ่นหอมและรสชาติหวานละมุนจากธรรมชาติแล้ว ยังสะท้อนถึงความใส่ใจในทุกรายละเอียดของกระบวนการผลิต พร้อมสื่อถึงบทบาทของท่านในฐานะ “เกษตรกรนักวิจัย” ผู้ที่สามารถหลอมรวมศาสตร์แห่งวิทยาศาสตร์เข้ากับหัวใจของเกษตรกรรมอย่างกลมกลืน การแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ในครั้งนี้ ไม่เพียงสร้างแรงบันดาลใจอย่างลึกซึ้งให้กับคณะผู้บริหาร THAI UNION BONE CO., LTD. หากยังเป็นบทพิสูจน์ถึงความจำเป็นในการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์เข้ากับการปฏิบัติจริงในแปลงเกษตร เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนสู่การสร้างระบบอาหารที่ยั่งยืน ปลอดภัย และมั่นคง สำหรับอนาคตของมนุษยชาติ The executives of THAI UNION BONE CO., LTD. were deeply honored to host a dinner and academic exchange with esteemed experts from Japan, including: • Emeritus Professor Dr. Tadashi Yokoyama, distinguished researcher from the Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology (TUAT) • Professor Naoko Okamaotsu-Ohtsu, Vice President of the Flourish Institute and Head of the Plant Nutrition Laboratory at the Tokyo Institute of Agriculture, under TUAT • Mr. ANDO Shotaro, SATREPS Project Expert and JICA Researcher for the “Utilization Technology of Rubber Seeds for Green Products to Mitigate Global Warming and Plastic Pollution” initiative During this enriching exchange, the discussion centered around the application of microorganisms and biofertilizers in improving soil health, enhancing plant nutrient uptake, and promoting sustainable agricultural productivity. A key focus was the role of specific microorganisms, such as Bacillus subtilis, noted for its ability to convert nutrients into plant-available forms, decompose organic matter, restore soil structure, and maintain microbial ecosystem balance—even in challenging environments. The importance of high-quality organic matter was also emphasized, particularly in its function to reinforce soil stability, laying a solid foundation for a resilient and ecologically balanced agricultural system. The evening unfolded in a warm and collegial atmosphere. As a heartfelt gesture, Professor Yokoyama shared homemade blueberry jam from his personal farm—its natural aroma and flavor reflecting his dedication to sustainable agriculture and embodying his identity as a “farmer-researcher” who seamlessly integrates scientific knowledge with the soul of agriculture. This meaningful dialogue not only inspired the leadership of THAI UNION BONE CO., LTD. but also reaffirmed the essential role of integrating science and practice in agriculture. It underscored the shared commitment to advancing a sustainable, safe, and resilient food system for the future of humanity.อ

🍀บริษัท คิว แม็กซ์ อะ โกรเทค จำกัด นำคณะผู้บริหารและบุคลากรจากคณะเกษตรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ เยี่ยมชมและศึกษาดูงาน ⛽️สวนหลงจู้แขกปั๊มบางจากวังจันทร์ จ. ระยอง ที่บริหารจัดการสวนแบบสมาร์ทฟาร์ม เมื่อวันที่ 23 เมษายน 2568 ในการเยี่ยมชมครั้งนี้ คณะผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากร จำนวน 50 ท่าน ได้เข้าศึกษากระบวนการจัดการสวนผลไม้โดยใช้เทคโนโลยีสมาร์ทฟาร์ม อาทิ ระบบให้น้ำอัจฉริยะ ของบริษัท อินฟินิตี้ และระบบติดตามสภาวะอากาศ และแนวทางการบริหารจัดการธาตุอาหารพืชเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต ให้มีคุณภาพและให้ผลผลิตมีรสชาติที่ได้คุณภาพตามที่ต้องการ ทางสวนรู้สึกเป็นเกียรติอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ต้อนรับคณะผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในครั้งนี้ และหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ในครั้งนี้จะเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของความร่วมมือที่สร้างสรรค์และยั่งยืนในอนาคต #สวนหลงจู้แขกปั๊มบางจากวังจันทร์ระยอง 🌳

On 19/11/2024, Bangchak Pump Garden, Wang Chan District, Rayong Province, was honored by Asst. Prof. Dr. Lamphan Kwanphon from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, who brought a group of lecturers from China. Jilin Agricultural Science & Technology University, executives and researchers from leading university companies in China, who were interested in visiting the orchard, which consists of various fruits such as durian, longan, coconut, longan and guava, and to see the integrated agricultural water system of Infinity Company, which the pump has chosen to use. During this visit, the group discussed and exchanged ideas about sustainable farming, taking care of produce to produce high-quality taste, and technologies that can be used to increase cultivation efficiency. They also tasted fresh fruits from the orchard, which everyone was impressed by the sweet and fragrant taste and quality that we are proud of. This visit was a good opportunity to build relationships and exchange knowledge with foreign countries. We sincerely hope that in the future there will be an opportunity to work together or develop cooperation to elevate the agricultural sector to grow to another level.
