นอกจากนี้ เรายังได้อภิปรายถึงความสำคัญของอินทรียวัตถุคุณภาพสูง ที่มีบทบาทในการเสริมสร้างโครงสร้างของดินให้มั่นคงและยั่งยืน ซึ่งถือเป็นรากฐานสำคัญของระบบเกษตรกรรมที่สมดุลกับธรรมชาติในระยะยาว
ในบรรยากาศมื้อค่ำอันอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง ศาสตราจารย์ Yokoyama ยังได้นำ แยมบลูเบอร์รี่โฮมเมดจากแปลงปลูกส่วนตัว ของท่านมามอบให้คณะผู้บริหารได้ลิ้มลอง ซึ่งนอกจากจะมีกลิ่นหอมและรสชาติหวานละมุนจากธรรมชาติแล้ว ยังสะท้อนถึงความใส่ใจในทุกรายละเอียดของกระบวนการผลิต พร้อมสื่อถึงบทบาทของท่านในฐานะ “เกษตรกรนักวิจัย” ผู้ที่สามารถหลอมรวมศาสตร์แห่งวิทยาศาสตร์เข้ากับหัวใจของเกษตรกรรมอย่างกลมกลืน

During this enriching exchange, the discussion centered around the application of microorganisms and biofertilizers in improving soil health, enhancing plant nutrient uptake, and promoting sustainable agricultural productivity.

A key focus was the role of specific microorganisms, such as Bacillus subtilis, noted for its ability to convert nutrients into plant-available forms, decompose organic matter, restore soil structure, and maintain microbial ecosystem balance—even in challenging environments. The importance of high-quality organic matter was also emphasized, particularly in its function to reinforce soil stability, laying a solid foundation for a resilient and ecologically balanced agricultural system.

The evening unfolded in a warm and collegial atmosphere. As a heartfelt gesture, Professor Yokoyama shared homemade blueberry jam from his personal farm—its natural aroma and flavor reflecting his dedication to sustainable agriculture and embodying his identity as a “farmer-researcher” who seamlessly integrates scientific knowledge with the soul of agriculture.
